A fun 45 minute circuit class, moving through a series of exercise stations, each targeting different muscle groups or fitness components. Exercises will include strength training, cardio bursts, body weight movements, and functional exercises. Each station is performed for a set amount of time with a short rest break, before rotating to the next. I run similar classes in Hollingdean Community Centre and Adur Indoor Bowling club on Tuesday and Friday mornings. |

As well as teaching Pilates at the Whiteway centre, I am a qualified gym instructor and personal trainer and have been teaching circuit classes around Brighton for nearly 3 years. High Intensity Interval Training sounds strenuous but you work at your own pace so it's very adaptable to different fitness levels. It's also a fast and effective way to work all the major muscles. No two weeks will be the same so you'll learn how to correctly perform lots of different exercises. I am passionate about the benefits of staying active and would encourage you to sign up and give this circuit class a go. |
