I am a retired secondary school teacher who has been meditating individually and in groups for 30+ years.  I moved to Rottingdean just over 2 years ago having lived in Winchester for 40 years.  I meditate regularly with a group of friends via Zoom having left the Winchester area.  I run a fairly new U3A Meditation group.  I have experienced meditation through a number of teachers and have experienced a range of meditation techniques.
