Your Tutor

I started my Pilates practice over 20 years ago following a neck injury, when it was recommended by a health professional. Pilates has changed my life, strengthening and stretching my body, and encouraging me to become more physically active and ultimately change career. I have been teaching fitness and Pilates classes around Brighton for nearly 2 years. I teach mainly matwork exercises using different pieces of equipment such as bands, small balls and rollers to enhance and develop the exercises.

I am passionate about the benefits of staying active and as an older exerciser myself, particularly as we age. Pilates is an accessible exercise system that develops greater body awareness and control with real long-term benefits.
