Yoga for All

Open to all levels of experience, this course is designed to safely regain flexibility, strength and stamina. This is a friendly, supportive group and you will be encouraged to practice within your comfort zone. Classes will also include breathing exercises and relaxation techniques. Please use a yoga mat or towel and wear comfortable clothing
Half term 14th- 18th February
Lucy has been teaching yoga to all ages and abilities since 2001. She teaches traditional hatha yoga (Satyananda and Sivananda style) and mindfulness techniques in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh. Her classes are light-hearted, inclusive and friendly.
