COURSE ENROLMENT
Before using the online application form please also check out the notes below.
If you will be attending a course in the Centre, please bring your own refreshments, including water, as use of the kitchen will be restricted.
The Whiteway Centre and Covid-
The Whiteway Centre, as other community centres, is subject to any current Government restrictions to ensure the safety of students and staff. For this reason, most courses planned for the Spring Term will be delivered online using Zoom.
We have, however, planned to deliver some in the Centre. If Government regulations prevent this at any time during the term, where possible they will be transferred to Zoom and students will be expected to switch to this delivery. Unfortunately, some might need to be cancelled, in which case refunds will be offered.
COURSE ENROLMENT
You can enrol either by completing and submitting the form above or by completing and sending us the paper
enrolment form inserted in the prospectuses. Early enrolment is advised as some courses have a maximum
number and also courses may be withdrawn if there is insufficient enrolment.
FEES
Course fees are stated above each course description. Your enrolment will only be completed when we have
received the appropriate course fee(s), which can be paid by BACS/Faster Payments or by cheque. We do not
accept credit or debit card payments. Costs of field trips and course materials are not included in the course
fees.
Payment by BACS or Faster Payments
These free and simple methods are cheaper and easier for us to manage than cheque payments. You can make
a BACS or Faster Payments transfer to us through internet banking, telephone banking, at your bank counter,
or at many ATMs. All you need are our bank details:

Sort Code: 40 52 40 space provided by your bank)

You should include a reference so that we can match your payment to your enrolment.
Please use the Course Code(s) (listed next to each Course Title) and add your initials to this.
Fees will be refunded if a course is cancelled by the Centre or if your enrolment form is received after the
course is full.
Payment by Cheque
Cheques should be made payable to “Rottingdean Whiteway Centre”and posted to the Education Officer, Rottingdean Whiteway Centre, Whiteway Lane, Rottingdean BN2 7HB.
Please write the course title(s) on the reverse of your cheque.
A receipt will only be sent if a stamped addressed envelope is attached.
Help with Course Fees
We have a small discretionary Bursary Fund available to help those who live in the Rottingdean Parish who may have difficulty paying course fees.
Applications should be made in writing to the Education Officer, Rottingdean Whiteway Centre, Whiteway Lane, Rottingdean BN2 7HB.
When applying please tell us about yourself and why you are having difficulty paying the fee. Applications
should be made before you enrol and before the start of the course.
The Bursary Fund is limited and we welcome donations.
