A workshop intended for beginners and students with some experience. Explore ways of making your lettering appear more interesting and compelling by the use of colour, texture and special effects. Requirements - large poster pens, dip-nibs including Shadow/Scroll, soft pencils large rule, sharp knife, paper and drawing board (A3 size or larger). Enquiries and some materials tel 390637.

1930hrs to 2100hrs
This entirely new ONE TERM course will appeal to people wanting an introduction to antiques and those wnating to know more. The study will involve the handling of objects brought by the tutor and by members of the class who will enjoy the active participation involved. Possibility of a second term according to demand.

1400hrs to 1600hrs
An informal course particularly for beginners, but also those with some experience. Different subjects, materials and ideas will be included in the course with emphasis on individual expression. Bring your own object(s) to draw as a still life at the first class meeting and examples of previous work, if any.
